AOM-3821

AOM-3821 is a SOM module based on Rockchip RK3588 Cortex®-A76 and A55 SoC with 6TOPS NPU, it complies with the RTXe standard and uses B2B connector.

  • Rockchip RK3588 Arm Quad Cortex-A76 2.4GHz and Quad Cortex-A55 1.8GHz
  • Onboard 4/8GB LPDDR4 memory and 32/64GB MLC eMMC
  • Supports HDMI, DP, eDP
  • 4 x PCIE3.0, 2 x GMAC, 2 x USB3.0, Type C , 2 x PCIE2.0/SATA3.0, 2 x MIPI-CSI, UART
  • Support Linux Debian12 and Android14
  • Complied with RTXe standard , using BTB connector ( Like COMe) for rugged application
  • HW watchdog design, a MCU for watchdog ,keep the system more reliable.
